My Leadership Project

In 2023, Authenticom acquired Motive Retail, forming a new family of companies under the Authenticom Group. While this acquisition created strategic potential, the sales and customer success teams remained siloed — operating with overlapping functions, competing priorities, and disconnected tools. In 2025, I led an initiative to strategically merge these teams, with the goal of forming a unified, data-driven, and high-performing department for the organization. This webpage outlines the deliverables of that project and reflects on its execution and impact.
The objective of this project was to merge the sales and customer success functions across Authenticom and Motive Retail into a single cohesive unit. This was done through a focused effort in four key areas:
- Organizational Alignment: Establishing clear roles and unified structure for the department.
- Performance Framework: Creating shared KPIs and accountability measures that were trackable at the leadership level.
- Training & Enablement: Building new hire onboarding and cross-training programs for the collective team.
- Sales Process & Tools: Designing and implementing new tools and assets to support growth goals for the team.
The end goal: remove internal competition, create a shared culture of success, and accelerate revenue generation.
