My Journey as a Leader

Over the years, I have navigated diverse environments, each presenting unique obstacles that tested my resilience and adaptability. I have managed teams during times of change and have spearheaded innovative projects. Through these experiences, I have gained invaluable insights into effective communication and collaboration.

These experiences have shaped my leadership style and reinforced the importance of empathy and understanding when guiding others. I look forward to sharing how these lessons continue to influence my approach in both personal and professional realms. They ultimately drive growth and foster a positive impact within my teams.

Leadership Philosophy

Leadership is an evolving journey – one that demands continuous learning, self-reflection, and intentional growth. My approach to leadership has been shaped by my experiences in Gonzaga University’s Organizational Leadership program, my professional role as a Senior Director of Customer Success, and the lessons learned through real-world application. I believe in servant leadership, where trust, empowerment, and empathy are at the core of how I lead.

My philosophy balances results-driven decision-making with the understanding that leadership is fundamentally human and relational. I strive to create environments where individuals feel valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential. Leadership is not about authority; it’s about fostering trust, enabling collaboration, and adapting to meet the evolving needs of a team. My journey has reinforced that true leadership is not about standing in front, but about walking alongside those you serve.
